Early Life and Background

Eva Apio was born on July 30, 2000, in Uganda. She is the daughter of Eva Mbabazi, a former Miss Uganda and professional model who worked with Viva Model Management in Berlin . At the age of 10, Eva relocated to London, where she continued her education and was introduced to the modeling industry through her mother's influence.​

Modeling Career

Eva began her modeling career at a young age, initially stepping onto the runway at six years old during a show her mother participated in . She took a hiatus from modeling at 13 but returned at 16, signing with Zone Models and later with Storm Models . Her portfolio includes work with prominent fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and Off-White .​

Philanthropy and the Eva Apio Foundation

In 2020, Eva founded the Eva Apio Foundation, aiming to support Ugandan youth through sports, education, and providing safe spaces . The foundation's goal is to build youth centers in Uganda, inspired by the facilities Eva encountered in London. She returned to Uganda after ten years to advance her charitable work .​

Personal Life and Interests

Eva is known for her minimalist aesthetic, often keeping her hair short as a tribute to her grandmother, who passed away from cancer—a vow she shares with her mother . She is also a DJ and has expressed interest in pursuing a career in physiotherapy after modeling . Eva maintains a strong presence on social media, with over 826,000 followers on Instagram .​
